Founded in 1998, VCS began as a corporation committed to the design of efficient industry specific solutions that would improve scheduling and time/attendance practices for the Public Safety sector.  Founder Guy DiMemmo’s passion to better serve the Public Safety sector was instrumental in the decision to move forward with this company initiative, and as such, POSS (Police Officer Scheduling System) was introduced as its flagship product, the first of its kind developed exclusively for the Law Enforcement environment.

Today, VCS’ “Mission Statement” carries through that philosophy by speaking to the importance of providing “public safety agencies throughout the world with state-of-the-art Scheduling and Time & Attendance software, in an effort to improve the efficiency and quality of their work environments”.  Commitment to the Public Safety sector continues to be a fundamental objective of our dedication to the industries we service.

Taking our company culture very seriously, VCS has set out to expand upon this commitment with its “VCS Gives Back” program designed to support charitable organizations that assist Public Safety entities in improving their ability to better serve and protect their communities. VCS is selecting organizations that fund drug prevention programs, crime prevention efforts as well as programs that strive to raise funds for bullet-proof protection vests for police officers and
