With its user-customizable rules, PARS will immediately initiate the selected communication process and determine “eligible” personnel to fulfill critical needs.
Operating automatically in a logical order, PARS considers countless factors in determining eligible personnel:

- Total number of overtime per pay periods (month, quarter, year)

Multiple factors can be considered simultaneously and are used in conjunction with user-definable tie breakers. Operating automatically without the need for human intervention, or manually initiated by properly authorized personnel, PARS provides a complete and thorough audit trail with extensive reporting capabilities. Employees have the ability to contact PARS to verify their schedule, request leave and overtime, and sign up for training with a secure and unique user name and password.
Unlike a paper document, PARS instantly applies appropriate work rules to a request and provides automatic feedback (approval or denial) to the employee at the time of request entry. In the case of a “First Come-First Serve” basis, PARS automatically initiates a date and time stamp entry to all requests filtered through the system.
When dealing with emergencies that require immediate responder mobilization, or electing to utilize PARS to appropriately fulfill overtime opportunities, PARS will select the right personnel while also notifying Command Staff that sufficient levels of coverage have been met at all times.
