 KIOSK won't accept employee's fingerprint
Solution When an employee attempts to log into the Kiosk using their previously scanned fingerprint, the KIOSK says, employee ID not found.
This is due to the system not having a valid pin access code that allows the KIOSK to tie the fingerprint to a specific employee profile.

1. Go to the Setup Menu in POSS
2. Select Employees and then Update Employee
3. Select the employees name
4. Click on the Application tab
5. Enter a pin code in the Audio Response and Kiosk Control pin field
6. Click on the Save button
