Solution If you are updating the SQL scripts for POSS and get an error message for a script that is dated for 10/30/08 that says:
"FK_Company Profile_Industry is not a constraint."

To correct this, you will need to open SQL Server Management Studio or Enterprise Manager depending on which version of SQL you are using.

-Expand the POSS database.
-Click on "Tables"
-Right click on the "Industry" table.
-Click on "Design View"
-Change the TR OnShift to char(12)
-Change the TR OffShift to char(12)
-Save these changes
